We value your time as much as you do. That's why we structure our pricing in a way that motivates us to complete your service in the most efficient and reliable fashion possible, saving you both time and money. Our clients are not charged for mileage or time traveled.
Each service carries a base rate which covers the first hour of service.
Each subsequent hour of service is charged by the quarter hour.
After service is complete, choose to pay in a way that fits best for you. Pay immediately or within 30 days. Select AfterPay for monthly installments.
All payments are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
For each month an invoice is overdue, a $10.00 late fee will be assessed and added to the Total Due.

No, you do not have to be present at the time of service, but we ask you to stay available in case we need to contact you or get disconnected during a remote service.
Invoices are sent to you through the email you provided or if you would prefer, a paper invoice can be sent.
Yes. We offer in-home, remote and pickup/drop off (free mileage) service.
